A: Every repair starts with a free diagnostic. Once we identify the issue, we’ll give you a clear price before any work begins. Costs vary depending on the repair — a simple virus removal is different from a logic board repair. But you’ll always know the cost upfront, and if you decide not to proceed, there’s no charge.

A: No. Walk into either location during business hours. We accept devices on a first-come, first-served basis.

A: Most repairs are completed within 1–2 business days. Some complex repairs (like board-level work or data recovery) may take 3–5 business days. We’ll give you a time estimate when you drop off your device.

A: All repairs come with a 90-day warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of your repair, bring it back and we’ll fix it at no additional charge.

A: In many cases, yes. We offer a free evaluation for all data recovery cases. If we can’t recover your data, you don’t pay.
